CDSSP’s  performance team dances in costumes of the mid-eighteenth century. We showcase dances that were performed on the frontier and in the cities of the period of the French & Indian War and the early Revolutionary War period. We have performed for the Pittsburgh Folk Festival, Washington’s Encampment/Pittsburgh 250, the Westmoreland Historical Society, and Fort Pitt Days. Our performances can include audience participation as well as historical commentary and songs from the period.
